ACP (Rtd) Tuan Rotzarn Bin Rashid is a retired Malaysian police officer who served as the CID Chief in Miri Sarawak. Having had spent over 39 years in the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP), he was also former Deputy CID Chief of Terengganu and Kuala Lumpur. Further, Tuan Rotzarn worked extensively in the training portfolio in RMP where he spent about 4 years in the Forensic Division in charge of training.
